  • How can I returns my order?
    Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. ​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ​ How to apply for a refund: Send a message to our support team at hola@romerony.com.
  • Do you ship exotic skins products to California State?
    WE DO NOT SHIP EXOTIC SKINS GOODS. California Penal Code section 653o makes it illegal. Any questions please email: hola@romerony.com

    - USE PROVIDED DUST BAG. - WIPE DRY CLOTH. - MOISTURIZE WITH A LEATHER CONDITIONER IF NEEDED. Any questions regading the care of your product please contact us at hola@romerony.com
  • How can I track my package?
    We email tracking information within 72 hours. After your order has been fulfilled and sent out for delivery
  • How long does my order take to deliver?
    Due to high demand and order volume, on average orders can take up to 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days. Please note that some carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • Updates on COVID-19?
